The Dark Knight Rises to film on Queensboro Bridge in NYC?

Several Batman fan sites are reporting that The Dark Knight Rises will be filming at Queensboro Bridge when they begin filming in NYC later this fall. Apparently, they will be shooting a big scene on the bridge. They are also expected to shoot at the New York Stock Exchange, and other Manhattan locations.

The Dark Knight Rises will wrap up shooting in Pittsburgh by the end of the month, and then they’ll spend a few weeks filming in L.A., before moving to NYC.

The Hobbit – Part I is titled The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey to be released on December 14th, 2012.  The Hobbit – Part II is now titled The Hobbit: There & Back Again to open on December 13th, 2013.

Warner Bros. has given Dark Shadows a release date of May 11th, 2012. Excited? You should be. It’s less than a year away. Who cares if it’s only by a single day?

Johnny Depp, Jackie Earle Haley, Eva Green, Bella Heathcote, Michelle Pfeiffer, Thomas McDonell, Gulliver McGrath, Chloe Moretz, and Helena Bonham Carter are all set to star in the film.

Quentin Tarantino’s new movie to be called Django Unchained

Quentin Tarantino’s agency WME has confirmed that Quentin Tarantino has turned in the final draft of his spaghetti Western to The Weinstein Company. The movie, to be titled Django Unchained, will be produced by Stacey Sher (Pulp Fiction) and Pilar Savone.
